The Final Rehearsal

You have 3 minutes to warm up before presentations begin.

  1. Turn to the person next to you
  2. Take turns delivering your opening hook — just the first 15 seconds
  3. Your partner gives you one specific compliment and one specific suggestion
  4. Switch roles and repeat

This is NOT a full run-through. Just your opening hook — the first thing the class will hear from you.

Presentation Guidelines

Presenters

2–3 minutes. Timer will be on screen. Wrap up when you see the yellow warning.
🗣
Stand and face the class. Project your voice so the back row can hear you.
📈
Use specific evidence. Names, numbers, dates — not “they made a lot of money.”
🎤
Start with your hook. Grab attention in the first 10 seconds.
💡
End with a takeaway. What should the class remember about your entrepreneur?

Audience

👂
Active listening. Eyes on the presenter. Phones away. Respect the speaker.
Take notes. Use your Peer Feedback Form to record what you learn.
👏
Applaud every presenter. It takes courage to stand up and share.
No side conversations. Your classmate prepared for this — give them your full attention.
💬
Questions after. Save questions for when the presenter finishes.
